Our Mission
Texas Engineered Roofing is a family owned business located in The Woodlands, TX with several years experience in residential and commercial roofing. We have fulfilled the requirements in the State of Texas to offer and perform engineering services in the State of Texas. We have successfully met all of the requirements and conditions to become licensed by the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.
Brad Briggs, PE, CRRL (Owner/President) founded this company with the desire to provide excellent customer service and an emphasis in quality workmanship. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M in 2003 and roofing contractor license in 2017.

Texas Engineered Roofing has achieved status of Certified Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor for GAF (Residential Roofing Products Division), North America’s largest shingle manufacturer. They have pledged to ensure that each customer receives their “best and safest choice” in roofing and are authorized to offer the Weather Stopper System Plus Warranty.
Texas Engineered Roofing is eligible to apply for 20 year warranties on Mule-Hide TPO and Self-Adhering Mod Bit Roofing Systems.
